 UNFINISHED/ONGOING   

• ALA Grant – Libraries Transforming Communities Round 2 - $10,000

• Applied for the Illinois Humanities $10,000 Grant for our Community Engagement Coordinator.

• Received the Per Capita check on July 2nd, 2024 in the amount of $3,249.18.

 

NEW

• Parking Lot Maintenance and upkeep and quote for painting of the library.

•  In the Works using Illinois Humanities Grant Funds:

  • Lego Night

  • Bluey Program – scheduled September 7th – we will need volunteers.

  • Taylor Swift Party – June 22nd we had a great time with 53 attendees.

• Adopt Library Board meeting dates for 2024/2025.

• Personnel Committee meets to conduct personnel evaluations.

• Appoint Committee to Audit Secretary’s Book.
