  • ALA Grant – Libraries Transforming Communities Round 1 finishes up the end of May, 2024.

  • ALA Grant – Libraries Transforming Communities Round 2 - $10,000

NEW

  • IHLS iLead learning workshop and training for Trustees.

  • In the Works using Illinois Humanities Grant Funds:

    • Lego Night

    • Bluey Program

    • Taylor Swift Party – scheduled June 22nd.

  • Friends of the Library serving Breakfast and Lunch to support the Library during the Macon Community Garage Sales May 2nd & 3th . – Made - $1,148.80

  • Book Sale at the Library made $251.00 plus an $83 donation.

  • Approve the Maintenance Levy

  • Approve the Non-Resident Cards fee recommend leaving it the same at $75.00.

  • Discuss Budget for programming

  • IL Humanities General Operations Grant opens May 16th – will write to extend our Community Engagement Coordinator.
